Dr Bundy and her staff have always taken incredible care of me and my needs. It's always been easy to schedule appointments, service is timely, they provide great communication, and they are easy to work with when it comes to insurance and billing.
After literally 10 years as a devoted patient to Dr Bundy specifically, I am heartbroken to write this review because she has acquired a demonic office manager by the name of Theresa that has been horrendous from the get-go with phone calls dating back until September 2024 in which I have tried to get in to see Dr Bundy for overdue corrective work. I was a patient of Dr Bundys and I was so happy to find her. She does great dentistry and was very kind. I had a consultation with her about 2 months ago to do some cosmetic dentistry and changed my insurance plan to cover services at her facility which she was aware of. This new plan was much more expensive. A few weeks ago, I called and spoke to Teresa her front office staff who was very rude, condescending, and very unprofessional. Very caring and competent dental care. Always happy with this practice as Dr. Bundy takes the time others don't.
Great dentist. Awful front desk staff. I would give the dentist 5 stars but the front desk is so bad that this office still deserves 1 star.
