Very happy with trhe results. Alexa followed up and the tech did a great jon with the installation.
Terrible. Had to have one power shade motor changed twice. The last time the technician dropped the motor on the window casing which damaged causing the csing to be severely dented and serious wall denting. The jerk who owns the store refused to pay for damages. Terrible owner!!!!
This company offers NO service. Now you can choose to use them but you were warned - they don't offer any after service. And at best when they offer you service, there service is third rate. In brief, we had Hunter Douglas blinds installed - the PowerView automated. Since day one they have never worked. when they installed them we were not certain how this all works. We asked them to help us and this is right at the time of installation and they wanted extra money to show us how to use it. Fast forward and it still has never... read more
I had a designer (Thalia) that came to my house and she was wonderful. She helped me with deciding which blinds would be best in my house and showed me many samples to choose from. I would recommend Scottsdale window coverings to anyone that needs to update their binds.
