The rates seem very reasonable and the staff has always been very responsive when I reached out, but most importantly, they worked with me with kindness and understanding as I cleared out a storage unit that had been rented by my family member. After I discussed it with them, they even arranged for the removal of the items that we needed to leave behind, which made a painful situation a bit less difficult during a very challenging time.

Great facility,, clean and experienced when it comes to storing goods.
I’ve had a storage unit here for 2 years simply due to their location. The storage units are very small. There is only one trash can and it’s all the way in the very back of the facility, and customers are not allowed to use it. There is no parking, so you basically block every else’s access when you try to park by your unit. They did raise the price of the storage units, without any notice, and quite significantly too.
