Very uncomfortable and unwelcoming place to live. Received several amounts of harassment while living here. There has been discrimination and false accusations with no evidence just suspicions about the tenants that live here and or on vacation. The property feels like it has the right to dictate free will at its leisure at anytime of the day. Including when I get off work at 3am. Let me start by saying, this review is quite lengthy but please read if you are seriously considering staying here for more than a few days. First, let’s start with the price. I understand that this area is high demand. Especially for the winter months. Which is why, as a travel nurse, I chose to live here for my 3 month contract. $2500/month for a one bedroom. Okay. Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience, unfortunately it is common for properties to run on a boiler/chiller system in the area. Because of the fluctuating temperatures during your stay we couldn't keep both systems on at the same time. Amazing place to live! Not knowing what to expect upon my arrival to Arizona 5 years ago, I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at Scottsdale Park Suites. The staff and surrounding grounds were second to none. The visitors, both short term and extended guests, make the stay that much more appealing. The property’s location makes it easy to commute to Downtown Phoenix and neighboring cities. I would highly recommend this property to anyone knowing that they will not be disappointed if they choose to stay here!
Love this place If you want a place with no drama and is nice and quiet this is the place for you. The staff here are very courteous and always right on top of any issue you may have. Being a traveling CT tech this place is perfect in that it is all inclusive. No getting internet hooked up and waiting for furniture delivery!!! It is walking distance to a sports bar and Denny’s. It sits right next to a beautiful park on the green belt with 11 miles to walk, run, or bike. I will definitely stay here if I’m in the area again.
Great 1 bedroom rental, very professional staff and no surprises along yours stay.
