I had my injection done by Nurse Gurpreet and she was absolutely excellent. Calm, professional, and really kind, made me feel comfortable right away. Truly great care😊

⭐ **1-Star Review** Very disappointing experience. The staff were rude, impatient, and lacked proper communication skills when speaking with patients. Calls were often not answered for a long time, and when someone finally answered, the call was abruptly disconnected within seconds. Patients deserve respectful, professional, and compassionate service, but unfortunately, that was not my experience with this company.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kahlon and the entire team at Scottsdale Medical Centre. My family has been in his care for longer than I've even been alive, he has been our trusted doctor for generations, and there is a very good reason for that.
