I appreciate the staff of Dr. Mitchell's office as they were very helpful and accommodating to me on an already stessful day. I woke up to an issue causing me to have to cancel my appointment. When I called the office to cancel, they offered to move my appointment to a later time thus avoiding a cancellation fee for the day. I forgot to catch the front desk manager's name so I feel bad I can't credit the correct person (she was working 2/29/16). They certainly didn't have to do that and I was so appreciative that they did. J... read more
