Awesome Group!! I was having horrible pain in my mouth from an accident, I was able to get in the day before Thanksgiving within the hour. When I got there the front desk staff was so nice and had emailed all my paperwork to me so I had it when I went in. I got seen quickly and found I needed to get a root canal, so they called for me to get into an Endodontist that could do it and they got it scheduled for me the next Monday and made sure they would do the root canal the same day. I received a flyer for Mitchell Dental in the mail shortly after moving to the old town Scottsdale area. After checking out the great reviews, I made an appointment for a check-up and cleaning. From the moment I walked into their office, I felt at home. The staff greeted me with a smile and my hygienist, Hallie, gave me a tour of their facility. The service as always was excellent. Richard was in a wheelchair and the staff was extremely helpful moving him about. His plate was relined in one day which made him happy.
My initial visit was outstanding. All personnel were extremely polite and business like. One minor problem with my insurance was corrected within minutes, due to their relentless determination to correct the situation.
