Every surgery my family has had here was an amazing experience. Big shout out to admissions and the business office for all their help when we needed questions answered regarding fees and bills.

I have been septic several times the hospital was clean , very friendly staff and awesome nurses who made me comfortable and took great care of me.

Dr. Espinel is absolutely the rudest man I’ve ever spoke with. After a 6 hour wait my 5 year old temp was climbing by the minute! I asked him to please do a flu test. He argued that 99.8 wasn’t a temp. I told him I understood but that I still wanted a flu test. He literally looked at me and said “it won’t matter it will show up negative!” I told him that I didn’t care I still wanted it done. Highlands is a place where you can get the medical treatment you need,no matter what it might be..The staff is so professional but at the same time make you feel like family. Thank you Highlands for always being there for me and my family.
