Bad customer service. Don’t return calls
Very good service from Scott and his team! Had tree work done close to my home and garage, both trimming and removal. The guys were careful, and cleaned up like they were never here! I am all set for winter and will have them back next year.
We hired this company to trim some trees and cut one tree down entirely and stump the remains of that one tree. They did not completely remove the stump and there is now a large piece still exposed. They have completely ignored my seven messages when I called and emailed them about this. This simple, ten minute fix is holding up the installation of our new lawn. Very poor customer service! On Tuesday, 17 April 2018, promptly at 7:30 am, Scott's crew arrived. They worked intensely until 4:30 pm cleaning up our storm damaged trees and downed limbs. They cleaned up all the resulting sawdust and small debris, leaving especially the driveway and street clean. We will use Scott's again and highly recommend them. Very professional.
Scott and his team came to my house a removed more than 30 pine trees in a single day. They were on time, worked their butts off and left the area spotless. The big trucks kept my kids entertained all day out the window too. Price was very reasonable. I would 100% recommend these guys.
We had Scott's Tree & Landscape come out and remove a bunch of trees and brush from our property last Wednesday. Justin and his crew did a masterful job clearing the land. They were prompt, professional, and exceptionally courteous. In addition, they had to contend with a couple of obstacles, (power lines and stormy weather), neither of which derailed their efforts in any way.
