I have never in my life asked someone to leave my house. I just asked the owner of this company to please get out of my house and never step foot back. Everyone we have dealt with has been rude (I'd say even say mean) He is so shady and so rude and argumentative. Go online and read the reviews from his companies before using them. Service is horrible. Can't get Scott to call me, we've had an on going problem and have washed their hands of their own property damage. Be prepared to talk to their phone guard who has awful customer service will not pass you to anyone, every time she will tell you they have to bill you, complete joke. Unfortunately. it starts from top down. They do not return calls unless it's about money. DO NOT use this company, unprofessional. Other services will tell you. excellent service.has always been impeccable. has helped me on several occasions with no charge.
Unethical company who sends out service technicians to recommend fraudulant repairs that are not necessary. Paid for a second company to come to my home for an estimated cost for a leaking backflow system. Come to find out Scott's technician Jose did the installation incorrectly. System is working great currently and passed backflow inspection. Contacted owner last week and did not get a reply. Enjoy the BBB complaint for your unethical business practices.
I've been a client for 22 years - they installed my sprinkler system and have continued to effectively serviced the equipment. Yes, I am a satisfied customer!
