we called them to come out and pump our tank. I thought the opening was the clean out but nope. They showed us where to dig and was spot on. I dug up the lid....by choice they did offer it but said I could do it, with in 2 days was back out to pump the tank. Not only where they on time but early!!! Not many services anymore are early to an appointment, are friendly to speak with, knowledgeable and super resonably priced... did I mention they were early!! Listen folks stop searching and call Scott's. you won't regret it!!
We have had Scott's twice to clean our septic. Always on time and they have always done a great service for us. They all are very sweet and polite people.
