Chris Scott and the whole Scott’s Septic tank family is so nice. They are always so professional and they make me look good. Scotts Septic Tank Service came out and serviced our tank. They did a great job and were very courteous and polite men. They did not even have to pull onto our lawn to use their pump. They were only here for maybe 20 minutes and were done. 5 stars from us and we will be using them again in the future.
These guys are fantastic! The BEST customer service since day one! We called, they came out same day to check out the problem, back the next day to empty the tank so we could get through until they scheduled our repair for the following week. Today was our repair day, and they were here at 5:30am sharp, as they said they would be, to start the job. 8:15 and the job was done!
