After spending almost two hours on hold with Best Buy, I sent Scott a message on Facebook and even though it was after hours, I got a response within five minutes. I stopped by today (a Saturday) and immediately got the knowledge I needed to make a smart decision on a new CD/stereo. The install happened while I waited and was done in less than half an hour. They will be taking of all my audio car needs from now on.

Great to deal with have I have had remote starters put on three cars and two S U V s and only had trouble out of one of the cars after 7 years Scott was very quick to resole the problem and had it repaired in minutes (just needed to be reset) and plan to have another one installed on a SUV this month. Thanks

Pre Sales support is awesome, after sales support is awful. No follow up, run around, rude and blame shipping company as a fall back. When just alittle followup, courtesiness to the customer is all that is needed. So you can take a chance here if you like and i wish you the best of luck!! I know I will never shop here again.
