Tried to CANCEL service. Sent a certified letter to SHARK Home services 30864-b Bryars Lane, Spanish Fort, AL 36527. Letter came back undelivered. Their other address (town) is DAPHNE. One invoice says Spanish Fort, one says Daphne. I guess I will spend another $6. 70 on a certified letter using the town DAPHNE. Poor service. Wont acknowledge E-Mail or respond to VM or call you back.
