Same problem as previous review. Get the hard sell to signup and pay year in full - and now nobody has shown up since May 2. I call to inquire about status and they say 'driver said your lawn will be treated today' - but it never happens. Maybe they have gone out of business and not told anybody.

Called for a quote in the morning and then called back to let them know I would like to follow through with the treatment. When I called back they changed their pricing to double of what was quoted in the morning and seemed of of "lost" my quote. The gentleman I spoke with kept repeating himself telling me that it would be for 3 months and I explained we wanted a month of treatment to test them out and choose to move forward or not. Needless to say we WILL NOT be using them.

I contracted them for a whole year (6 applications). The first treatment was March 28, 2016, the next treatment would be 4 weeks after. But now is week 11 (June 5, 2016) and they still hadn't come out for second application yet. My lawn had turned so yellow, had to call in to tell them and was greeted by one of the girl at their local office saying we been having to much rain, oh not a good excuse. Sorry you won't have me as customer anymore

Incredibly irritated with this company. A young man named Isaac came to our door as we were moving into our home in Columbia Heights, to present the lawn service for $45/application. I told him we weren't moved in yet but may be interested once we get settled. He had me sign saying someone could contact me the following week about the service. We get home Friday and find a lawn sign and invoice on our front door, with what treatments they completed. Excuse me??? I never once signed something saying you could trespass on our ... read more

I have always used Scotts products and have had great results.....the service from this lawn service is an incredibly poor! Three weeks ago I spoke with them about cancelling the service, which they agreed to and had advised me that a rebate would take two weeks. I called today, 3-weeks latter and they are now saying 4 weeks, I demanded to speak to a manager, was put on hold and after several minutes was "told," that he had left for the weekend.
