Yesterday I ordered flowers for a special couple that were celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary. I was so impressed that after I left Scott's they called and asked if it was ok if they substituted a flower that we had previously talked about including, I appreciated that they called and asked! Later that evening I saw the arrangement and it was honestly breathtaking!!! Thanks Scott's for making their anniversary so special. You have amazing customer service and are so creative!
Great customer service. They go above and beyond. They kept the store open late 2 weeks ago when we forgot to pick up flowers for a prom. Thank you, Scotts House of Flowers. We will stay loyal customers.
I can't tell you how terrific I thought the customer service was here. I'll be getting any future arrangements done here for certain. I had a small complaint about a bouquet I picked up. It just wasn't as big or catching the way I had envisioned it to be. I was presenting it at a big event and for a super special lady. A week later and my flowers � are still beautiful.
Today 2/2/17 is my mom's birthday. When I got home from work I saw my mom missed a delivery. I called and the lady on on the phone said the delivery person already got back. At that point she put me on hold. When she came back on she informed me that the owner of Scotts House of Flowers would deliver her gift after the store had closed. So I waited and he showed up with my mother's Birthday plant. I want to thank you for being so thoughtful.
