Have used Scott's for over 30 years, but now I believe Scott's management and business ethic is not as good as it used to be and prices seem really high, almost like all they care about is the money not and their customer service. Did not like their blanket proposal for work to be done, which does not list exactly what you are getting. For me, I want to know exactly what I am going to be paying for. The installers and techs were great as usual.
