Older guy driving a white truck with company logo flicked a lit cigarette butt out of his window. Really unprofessional to treat Anchorage like a personal trashcan. He also seems to struggle with the concept of turn signals.
I strongly recommend this company, my furnace burned-out its fan during the December cold snap, every company i called said it would be weeks before they could get over and look at it. I called Scott and heeding my desperate plight made time and installed a new one and within 5 hours had a new one installed and cranking. Thank you again.
Scott's Heating fit me into their super busy schedule, showed up when they said they would and did a great job! I would definitely recommend.
Can't go wrong with the service and quality! When it's -20 degrees for days, a holiday week, and my furnace of 30 years finally quits for good, Scott's Heating was there, planned the repairs and had it done by Monday! Improperly installed my Trane furnace, forgot to install code required equipment, acknowledged mistake but has promised but not delivered on correcting his error. This has been 2 years and multiple promises broken. Does not answer my requests. More reliable and responsive services have had to fix his shoddy work at my expense. Seek Heating Services elsewhere.
