Allen was prompt, arrived when he said he would. He made sure I knew the status of anything I should be watching out for.
Scott's has done a great job over the years. Recently I had an issue after the 6 month scheduled maintenance. Nick (tech) and Rubin (scheduler) had us up and going very quickly.
We highly recommend Scott’s Heating and Air. This location just installed a complete AC system at our house, and the experience could not have been better! We spoke with Ruben on the first call, he was very helpful and friendly. He set up an appointment for Craig to come out for the estimate. Craig was excellent every step of the way. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND SCOTT'S AIR. This company opened a permit to replace my A/C unit 10 months after they completed the work. They never submitted plans, had the permit issued, or had it inspected. They are hard to deal with, take weeks to respond, and fail to follow through with their word. Issues with this company will likely delay the sale of my house and cost me thousands of dollars more than I paid to install the unit.
