STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND SCOTT'S AIR. This company opened a permit to replace my A/C unit 10 months after they completed the work. They never submitted plans, had the permit issued, or had it inspected. They are hard to deal with, take weeks to respond, and fail to follow through with their word. Scotts heating and air has been servicing my HVAC for over two years, I am extremely pleased with the quality and service they provide. My technician Allen was very knowledgeable and helpful, he gave me insight and a better understanding of what needed to be addressed. Service was speedy quick and my unit is performing well. Out tech was Nick M. He was so thorough, knowledgeable, and professional! He explained everything to us and was super nice! We have Scott’s come out every summer and they never take advantage or suggest anything unnecessary. A+
