We hired Scott to fix a sagging porch roof. He did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, for less than the initial estimate, and he did an excellent job and cleaned up well afterwards. Highly recommend.

Scott was very knowledgeable about replacing our windows framing and did a great job at letting us know what our options were, cleaning up once done, and communicating with us. I recently had Scotts Custom Construction and Spokane Handyman Service work on several projects at my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results! They installed two new glass block windows and two exterior doors, with full paint preparation included (caulking and spackling). They also handled the door ordering, permit, and delivery. I needed a hole in my roof overhand repaired, along with the soffit underneath the hole. The work was done over 2 floors up and included roofing material replacement (shingles, flashing, subsurface, etc.) and finish work including painting. Scott not only did a great job with the repair, but did it in the winter, outside, and from a ladder set up. It was really amazing.
