Our rugs were bad, old set in pet mess stains that showed up even more on the lighter colored rug. We were going to tear them up but due to time constraints went with a professional clean instead, and I am so thankful we did. Saving time and money they got in within a week, and it's a brand new rug! I knew it would be better but I never expected this transformation. Every stain gone, smells great, and looks beautiful so thank you for your tentative care, you e help make our home clean and cozy again!
