Came when promised. Was curtious and to the point. Would recommend.
We left a voicemail looking for help with our air conditioner that was not working. Scott came quickly within hours to give us many options on how to fix it. He was amazing and efficient!
Scott personally called and kept us updated on status on our repairs. Our AC went out on the holiday and was able to work us into the schedule. His team was able to find a motor for our 20 year old AC unit.
We asked Scott to quote us on installing a water filtration system and to fix an issue with our toilet. During the process he heard about an issue we were having with our AC and helped us save hundreds of dollars vs what our other AC company was going to charge. The tech was super polite and efficient in taking care of all our needs. He explained what he was doing thoroughly and was very knowledgeable. Feels so good to know we found our plumber for all future needs!
