What a joke this place is. Scheduled an appointment they don’t call when they finally do after I called to see when they’re going to be here and they tell me that they don’t do mobile service I need to bring it in there even though it was already scheduled for mobile service the day before with Scott. Horrible customer service.
they did my glass on my car 3 times and still didn't get it done right. the guy they sent chipped my $10 thousand dollar paint job
very attentive to the work being performed, however no warranty on workmanship provided, late to 1st appointment at their own shop and no-show at the return appointment that they scheduled themselves. waste of time. unfortunately must not recommend
Just had my windshield replaced, I work a ton considering I'm the manager at the Great Clips on 24th, so I just didn't have the time to take it in some where and have it done. Scott made it super easy, he found out my schedule and than sent his guys to the shop to take care of it. All I did was picked up the phone and called him, everything else Scott took care of. Not only was it super easy but the guys were professional and extremely fast. My windshield looks great, no more crack!!! Hope I don't need a windshield replaced ... read more

After waisting time with Safelite (they said my windshield couldn't be done) I called Scott's Auto Glass Plus. Excellent service! They even came to my work and had it done in under 30 minutes! Also was $50 cheeper than Safelite! Highly recommend!
