I just had an amazing experience with Scott's Repair. I called yesterday and they were able to get someone out in 1 day (vs 10-20days like the other places)! James Shawgo came out and was a very friendly and knowledgeable technician who not only fixed several issues quickly but also took time to explain how to best take care of my appliances. He went above and beyond for sure. It was a great experience and am happy with the work and service. Thank you!

I was called by James prior to his arrival for the repair. He had my washer fixed in no time at all. James is a wealth of knowledge and was kind enough to give me many tips on maintenance for my machine. Thank you for wonderful customer service.
