little pricey, answers the phone during office hours, did the job , but forgot to turn my gas back on , so no gas for another day, but they came back the next day to turn it back on after I called them.
Taylor did a great job of assessing and fixing my pool heater in record time. He also gave me hints and tips on how to keep it running smoothly in the future
Taylor of Scottish Gas cleaned my pool heater including the burners, sensors, and the heat exchanger after years of neglect. He even climbed on the roof of the pool house to check the stack. He kept me informed the entire time, made suggestions but never tried to upsale me. It now runs like a new heater. Very impressed!
I’ve been dealing with Scottish for about seven years now. Initially, they came to install a gas line from our gas metre to where are pool heater was going to be.
