Taylor from Scottish Gas completed a diagnostic assessment for our pool heater. He was friendly, highly skilled, knowledgeable and communicated clearly. He patiently answered my questions and explained the different options for future repairs / replacement of the unit.

Outstanding service in the repair of our old pool heater that involved the technician to find an appropriate replacement part from an inventory of other old heaters and then successfully install all in a very reasonable time frame. Simply, great, great work!
The technician came to my house to repair my pool gas heater. He was great, answered all my questions . My only complaint is that I wasn't offered an after market part since they are much cheaper. Overall, it was an expensive quick visit, however the service was great and a job well done.
