Took my 2001 Mazda 626 to Scotti in Middletown. I have been there several times with no problems and have always experienced great service. This particular time the car took a little longer to get fixed than I thought it would and this made me a little upset. Although there was a delay, the situation was thoroughly explained and they went above and beyond to get me the part that was needed. These guys and the service they give, including entertainment are the very best. I plan a day around my vehicle service since I moved away from Middletown but will never take my vehicles elsewhere.
I've taken my '99 Dodge Ram to Scotti in Middletown for service several times over the past years. I've always found the personel frindy and knowledgable. They are spot on with estimates for repairs and always conference before work is performed. Every time I've picked up my truck, the mechanic has thaken the time to show the bad parts and eplained how repairs were done.
