I always feel like I am not just a customer, but a friend. The service provided by the guys at the Middletown location is second to none! They are always willing to squeeze you in and they do a great job explaining the problem with car in terms that I can understand. I would never go anywhere else.
Scotti in Middletown is great. Their diagnoses is always good, estimates are spot on and the vehicle is always ready when promised. Scotti has worked on all 3 of my vehicles over the years and I have never been disappointed. Most of my dealings have been with Joe and Fred, these guys keep you in the loop and always communicate what, how and when.
