I'm posting this on behalf of my family in Whitehall, PA. Installation of my families' heating unit was unprofessional, sloppy, careless and overall shady. Technicians were completely unqualified and inept at providing such service. They were not trained properly and should not be allowed to work onsite with customer without supervision.
