I’ve been going here for five years, they have good prices and very helpful staff. They just checked my tires for no cost after hitting a rough pothole and explained what to look for in those situations. Would recommend this place 👍
I had an appt 1 Aug 2026 at 1pm at Sumter Toyota . We get there and tell the guy (don't know his name) we want what "maintance required" is. So the guy comes over to us and tells us its a tire rotation but our contract doesn't cover it-its expired.....at the same time he's trying to sell us more stuff. We tell him no thanks we have a service contract and just want what's covered and it doesn't expire until Aug 2027. The last time we were there they printed out a copy for us and it clearly states that we have more maintaince ... read more
STAY AWAY! Left a fan unplugged and causes $10k in damage to my vehicle and deny responsibility because they did not document they unplugged it. Unless you plan to double check all their work and documentation do not receive service here.
They were friendly, but their prices on parts are high. It is a lot cheaper to buy the parts online.
