My husband got very good care the nurses were very friendly and the doctors were caring. STC3 floor is where we were this last time they brought me a bed so I could get some rest while my husband was there.
My husband had surgery on his right leg because of clogged arteries the doctor send him home telling us that the nurse will calling us for a follow-up that never happens. We decided to call the nurse trying to find out what's going on what was the next procedure and we still waiting for the results. I hope they can help my husband and I don't see anything at all. All I can say is God help my husband.
The drs do not care! If you live over 1.5 hours away and have transportatioin issues they do not care at all. There is no where for a spouse that does not drive to stay at the hospital. They do not show compassion at all. Dr. Shah acts like is is hightly offended when we want to transfer care and show no compassion or respect to the patient. I was treated very well. Thank god they were their to help me.
They had my mother there due to cancer in her bladder. The doctors and staff were top notch. The surgery went great, and my mother is on her way to recovery. Thank you all for a great job!
