Dr Via is the best. Was there yesterday and was glad to see a Dr. that is honest and to the point. Wish he was my primary.
The lab at the Sante Fe clinic is the best I've ever been to. The lab technicians are absolutely AMAZING! I have always been a hard stick and the guy and the woman that work there can get my veins every time without fishing for a vein! I will go out of my way just to make sure they are the ONLY lab techs to draw my blood! I cannot say enough good things about them!
People have to seat out side in the heat/cold to be seen at the Santa Fe Clinic they are not allowed to wait inside on the empty space. Kindness is free Be kind
You don't actually get to see a real doctor. You see a resident. You tell them your symptoms, issues, etc. Then they go out in the hall. I don't know if they Google your symptoms, consult WebMD, or ask the magic 8 ball. But they come back with the magic answer to "cure" your ails. And let me tell you, their remedy will be far-fetched to say the least. The resident put me on completely inappropriate medicine. I had horrible results. The resident said you'll get used to it. The worst of the worst!! I went in to get a referral for pain management, in the mean time I asked for pain meds. The Dr,. mumbled something and walked out. She acted like she was afraid to touch me.. Gave NO eye contact. Never again!! The the Charge nurse came in to see why I was upset, and all she did was stare at the computer, like I was not even there.I am so done. Now I have to find a provider who ACTUALLY CARES!!
