They think that the process is more important than the needs of the patient. I had gallbladder removal surgery on 11-14-25. About a week after surgery I noticed an inguinal hernia and brought this up to the PA assigned for my surgery follow up. She said it was not a hernia but just fluid that should resolve itself. Two weeks later I was in such pain I couldn’t sleep so I contacted the PA. She scheduled me for a CT scan on 12-31-25. The PA called with the results that said I may have a hernia. The night nurses were horrid. Refused me food and water and turned off alarm on bed so they didn't have to answer my request .they acted like I was eating food out of there personal fridge. Gave me raw salad for a meal and I have no teeth so how was I suppose to eat it.. wouldn't give me towels to shower just flat out ugly no bed side manners at allll.
Worst hospital ever. Put tubes in and refuses to take them out. Left stint in for 2+ yrs. ER staff rude wouldn't send anyone that way period. This hospital shouldn't even be open. It's a teaching hospital who teaches their students to be rude and hateful to everyone. I'm getting a lawyer.
Great service, friendly, polite courteous and professional with follow up on exit.
