Terrible. Spoke with Amy Fritz in patient relations and she talk the good talk. She pretended to be concerned. Talked about how they had someone working in that department that was pretending to call patients back. I am wondering if she was that person. She had me email her all my complaints for no reason. She never confirmed she got the email until I reach back out weeks later. I then reached out again for another update and all she says is “it’s being processed”. I'm fairly disappointed in this hospital and do not recommend coming here... at least when you have a hematoma in the kidney. I had high hopes as my last doctor recommended me to be here because of the "specialists" of this issue. While I do like the programs and services they offer for low income patients, and the fact that some staff were honestly nice, I truly believe I was treated differently. My doctor, Moghaddam-Taaheri didn't seem to believe the immense amount of pain I was in and showed signs of being condescending. ... read more

Horrible hospital. Had to wait in the ER waiting area after blunt force trauma to the side of my head above my ear, which is actually the most dangerous place to be hit in the head. Excruciating headache and pain literally making me want to take a pen and stab it in my eye, but yet I'm sitting in the waiting room for hours while people who come in after me laughing and chit chatting in good spirits get seen before me.
