Great facility and great staff.
This was the absolute worst stay at this hospital. Nurses were rude. My husband had 1 real shower in 3 weeks because no one would help him. His food was served 2 hours late and COLD because they had put him in isolation and the cafeteria staff would just leave his tray at the nurses station and no one would bring it. The notes on the app, geez! NEVER assume they have your issues documented properly AT ALL. We wouldn't have had to go back if they would have fixed the problem when I caught it! My husband had day surgery and we spent another day in the ICU unit . We had the best surgical team . The best nurses we have ever had . Everything was cleaned regularly by housekeeping. We have not one complaint .

I was very specific about the evaluation I needed when calling one their specialty clinics and they stated it was their office policy for me to get a referral, even though my insurance doesn’t require it. I was fine with it and paid a $100 copay to see a BS&W pcm to get the referral. They get the referral and now tell me they don’t have a doctor there that can help me with my condition.
