I spent weeks looking at different companies/options in our area and decided to go with Scott Walker Heating and Air to get a new Trane unit installed. Great experience from the start, through install and follow up. Very nice group - cleaned up the work area and genuinely care about their work and customers happiness. Seems to be a wonderful company.
Scott Walker is a great company. I’ve used them twice and their service was top notch. Prices are also very reasonable. Felt like they weren’t trying to take advantage of us and our lack of heating and air knowledge! Will definitely be using them for years to come.
I called Scott Walker Heating and Air for a service call. I had noticed some water draining from the outside unit and a humming noise. Mr Walker called me back and explained what he thought might be going on and as it turned out he was absolutely right. For my piece of mind, I asked him to send someone out to check it. Always thankful for Scott Walker Heating and Air and their employees. I try to get my dryer vent cleaned yearly to prevent chance of fire. Andrew Drake has been to our house several times. He always does a complete and thorough job. When he leaves I feel confident that my dryer will be safe for another year. Thanks again for a great job!
We had Tom as our provider and he was excellent! Very nice and told us exactly what was wrong. He completed the job and we decided to have the company do yearly maintenance for our units. Because we signed up for that program our issues were actually within that yearly maintenance. They will be back in fall and if there are any issues between then it’s a 10% off discount! Really happy we found this company!
