Air Force Heating and Air did it again - they provided superior service! We can’t compliment the service and the service techs enough. Today, June 24, Ben provided service to one of our air units that was making a strange noise. Ben was courteous and professional, ran several tests on the unit and provided us with the information on the unit. Can’t express how happy we are with Air Force Heating and Air and their team of technicians!
They came out last week Wednesday to check for leak. They found the leak and told us what it was. It was the coil. Said they would check the warehouse to see if they have one. Since then have not heard anything from them when they would be back out. We called 3 times and messaged. Still no response . Even paid for the Gold service plan. Hope gets fixed soon. Wife has stage 4 cancer and need her to be comfortable in her home.
Colin came and fix the problem with the unit its now working fine
