At this point, I am very satisfied.
I went to Dr. Trenhaile because I was well aware of him since I am a retired physical therapist who actually treated many of his patients. My right shoulder was severely arthritic with excessive bone erosion and a completely dysfunctional rotator cuff. The only reasonable treatment was a reverse shoulder arthroplasty. Dr. Trenhaile was worth the 2.5 hour drive to have a surgeon of his caliber, who is down to earth, warm, understanding and excellent at his job is rare. I have had 3 shoulder surgeries 2 replacements and have had the privilege of having 2 excellent surgeons, Dr. Trenhaile was one. We were 2.5 hours from him but it was well worth the drive to have a quality surgeon. Thank you Dr. Trenhaile.
After two other shoulder surgeries one being a replacement this replacement was handled fabulously. Considerate staff, always available they listened to our concerns and explained everything fully! Just a wonderful experience overall! We were forced to change surgeons due to insurance coverage, we drove 2.5 hours each time we saw Dr. Trenhaile and it has been worth the time and efforts without a doubt. Thank you Dr. Trenhaile and staff.
