The receptionist was very polite, patient, and professional. She handled the situation calmly and with respect. Unfortunately, another woman behaved very rudely. She was yelling and showed no manners. This made the waiting area uncomfortable. Staff should be treated with respect. I appreciate the receptionist’s professionalism.
I get it you have a protocol to follow but when a patient walks in complaining about pain for more than 2 months, the last thing they want is bandaid solutions.
