we were unhappy with the staff not getting the orthotic back to us. when we talked them they said they would be here in a week, a week came and went and no call and no orthotic either, felt like was getting the run around. sent them back to get them fixed and still not right, sent back and waited again and finally after 5 months sent them back again so after 8 months finally got them right.
I felt his caring was real. He really listened to me.
He was very informative and very professional. He is also very knowledgeable when it comes to feet. Thanks!
Dr. Torness is always very pleasant to work with and does a good job of being on time.
Podiatry Dr. was very friendly, but actual surgery ended up with infection. Podietry work was poorly done. Medications recommended and aftercare instructions were unacceptable to me. I was not a happy patient! Probably won't be back!
