Always a great experience.
I met and was examined by Dr Scott. She is an amazingly knowledgeable dentist. In my consultation she listened, didn't rush me and answered all my questions. I felt heard. I came to Holistic because I felt my previous dentist did not understand my situation. He wanted to pull teeth. Dr. Scott saw the real issues and is about saving my teeth. She explained things clearly and throughly. I would highly recommend her. I am now on a treatment plan I am confident is the right one for me.
This was a pleasant experience. The young lady that performed the cleaning procedure was good.
While there, it was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, attentive, informative, and efficient. Based on that, I would have given a 5-star rating. However, the process of gaining access was frustrating and took far longer than it should have. I hope the office staff will revisit their protocols to ensure a smoother process for new (and existing) clients.
