RecommendedMy mother’s heat went out the Sunday after Christmas. We called a local heating and air company and told them my mother was elderly without heat and did not hear from them at all. I called Scott Systems Heating & Air and left a message with their answering service and received a call within 15 minutes. The young man went to my moms at 4:30 on Sunday and thankfully he had the parts he needed to get her heat fixed and back on the same day. Thankful for the quick response and they have gained a customer.

Great company and very helpful and friendly staff. They installed a heating and air system for my mobile home and did a great job. They took the time and answered all my questions and believe me I had many. They called before they arrived and were always on time. The staff and the install crew they sent were just awesome. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new unit or even a repair.
Just want to give a great big thank you to Scott Systems. From Mr. Doss to Mrs. Teresa to the two young men who worked hard to get our new air system in and working to get us cool again. These are all great Christian folks who went way above and beyond to take care of us from the time our air unit died till the work was done today. Scott Systems replaced the whole system in my son's home. From Day One of the estimate to Completion of the installation it was an amazing experience. Had AC problem at a remote site after hours. Called Scott Systems and they immediately sent Nakia to our site and he went above and beyond to get us cool. He had to fight off terrible conditions and was nothing but personable, professional and efficient! Great Job!!
I called Scott Heating and Air on May 09, 2018 the on call tech. The tech came out and informed my husband and me that it was possibly a leak, and he couldn’t guarantee how long the Freon would last if some was put into the unit. But, if we agreed to let them come back out the next day and fix the unit, there would be no service charge, and they would fix the unit.
