Complete charlatan! I spent years going to him and spent thousands. He told me a crown was guaranteed and when it cracked in half 4 years later they told me it wasn’t covered. I had to have a bridge put in and it just fell out today, 5 years later. One of the teeth was rotted underneath. He overcharges and does shoddy work. Do NOT send anyone to this “dentist.” It’s unfortunate because his staff is fantastic.

I had over a year of complications with what should have been a simple crown, resulting in a root canal, and eventually switched to a new dentist. I'm going to need another root canal in the same tooth because he did an inadequate job removing the root.

Never an easy feeling bringing kids to the dentist. He is awesome though. Just glad we were able to get in early.

This place is a joke,, Its like being at a used car lot. Its all about money. He tells you everything thats wrong with your teeth and when you agree to make monthly payments its not enough.. I had 4 caps in the front done worth 4 k . I received a payment agreement in the mail to fill out how much I can afford monthly and sent it back..I never had a response back,It wasnt enough..I had to pay in full before I received my permanent caps,,,The receptionist was very rude.. 2 stars is what they got.

The office staff and Dr. Strickland are extremely nice however it is impossible to get an appointment if you are having a problem. I have seen him for several years and had no idea untill I had a dental emergency and was not able to schedule an appointment within a two week or more period. They also do not refer out for an alternate dentist for emergencies.

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice
