Dr. Scott Smith is a very personable and intelligent doctor. We had our trust in him and he did help my husband so much. Unfortunately, due to a compilation of problems, he passed away on March 25, 2023. I miss him so much. We were married 58 years. He would have been so disappointed to know that Dr. Smith was leaving Loyola. We hold probably have followed him, if possible. Good luck to Dr. Smith.
Doctor Smith is congenial,easy going and to the point. He gave us a good understanding about what the process is of having a bone marrow transplant take place and what to expect afterwards. He answered all of the many questions we had respectfully and with compassion.
Dr. Scott Smith is very pleasant and makes you feel comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything clearly.
