We are a local family owned business that was established 33 years ago. We strive to keep longtime customers happy with quality service and workmanship. Our technicians are not paid commission by how much they sell so we won't try to talk you into anything you don't need done. We specialize in steam and hot water heating and all phases of plumbing. We also do complete custom bathroom renovations.

No Hot Water? Call Scott Seib!! I had Scott Seib Plumbing & Heating install a water heater for me last week after ours died unexpectedly. They were very helpful answering all of my questions over the phone and were able to send a plumber out later that day to install the new water heater. Can't go very long without hot water when you have toddlers in the house!!

Can't go very long without hot water when you have toddlers in the house!! I thought the price was reasonable and the plumber who came to install the water heater was courteous and timely. I would totally call them in a pinch again!!
A Plumers Plumer We recently installed a new master bath, and added on to our kitchen. Our Kitchen cabinet builder recommended Scott and we went with his choice. I am so happy we did! They showed up on time, knew exactly what they were doing, had a good relationship with the building inspector and town engineer (very important) and knew what the local code required.
