I had never met Dr Rees until I unexpectedly needed a C-section with a day's notice and had to change providers to deliver at a Utah Valley. I was so anxious about having an OB do my C-section who I had never met but I'm so thankful he was assigned to my case. He really put me at ease before the surgery and answered all my questions. After going to the ER for an ectopic pregnancy with pain, Dr. Rees (who was the physician on call) turned me away from having emergency surgery and attempted to postpone my surgery to remove the pregnancy until the next day. I left the ER after he told me he wouldn't do the surgery until the next day but the AMAZING ER staff advocated so well for me and I was able to get into emergency surgery.
