I brought in a 2022 Subaru Forrester with a small crack in the windshield. I had brought in my outback a couple years earlier so I felt confident that they could do the job well. They installed the new windshield and could not get it calibrated in the Forrester. The vehicle had absolutely no issues prior to bring it in to have a cracked windshield fixed. Based on their reviews, I chose them to have a windshield replaced. However, my experience was certainly not 5 star. I went to the shop and maybe that was my mistake - their waiting room was nasty and uncomfortable, reminded me of more where the mechanics would hang out. That alone I'd just say whatever, but after I got home, about every week I had to clean off some type of ooze from the inside of the windshield.
