Dr. Scott Rubis would get 10 Stars if we could since my entire family has nothing but great things to say about the quality job he does but the fun he has with us interacting & taking a huge interest in all of us. Personally, he takes excellent care of me me but the toughest / harshest patient in the world is my wife who used to hate going to the Dentist until she met Dr. Rubis. Horrible front desk staff. They have bad attitudes. Not willing to help unless you insist. Expected me to show up 30 minutes prior to appointment to fill out paperwork. As soon as I got there she asked for paperwork but hadn't even given it to me to fill out. Got attitude when I said she hasn't given it to me yet. She then said she didn't even think the dentist wanted to see me anymore even though my appointment wasn't for another 15 minutes.
