Horrible experience !!!! I had to ask for 6 months for a test THEY ordered me to take.. FINALLY got the test and took it and they got the results in May and NEVER CALLED ME to inform me there was an issue and I needed a specialist!!! My wife had to ask for my results while she was in for appt in Sept!!! Then the doctor lunged at my wife when she was there for her test results because she let him know his office needs to get their crap together and he discharged my wife from his practice... HORRIBLE PATIENT CARE !!!
I'm a new patient of Dr Michaels and I couldn't be happier .. Dr Michaels is not only easy to talk to but he is very thorough and informative. I look forward to his expertise in back care and am sure I will be feeling better in no time.. thank you Dr Michaels for your kindness and sense of humor I so appreciate that!!
Not the best doc office at all I understand that every patient has to wait but when there is no one in the waiting room at all..and u sit for over an hr. just to be told they cant see u after I sat there so long and got called back to the room and sat and waited again for another 20 min. they came in to say I cant be seen. when they knew i wasnt feeling good at all. They should have said they couldnt see me when I walked in just rude. the receptionist was the only nice person there who seemed to really care. Hope they handle... read more
While on vacation our young son developed an upper respiratory infection. We brought him to your urgent care at 7:30pm when his cough and wheezing became worse. Your doors were locked although your sign stated you were open till 8pm. Your staff exited at 7:45pm and told us they were leaving early and we should take our son to the emergency room. As a registered nurse at a major teaching hospital in Boston MA I was appalled by this. In hind sight I am glad your drive-by-boutique nurse didn’t care for my child.
Dr Michaels and his entire team are fantastic. My wife and I have been using them for all of our family medicine needs for just over a year. They firmly believe in treating the body as a whole. They have 2 locations in St Augustine offering; urgent care, physical therapy, and family medicine. We use two of the three monthyly. He is working with me to lose weight naturally with diet and exercise. His staff schedules you so there is very little wait and spends as much time as necessary. Asks questions and always listens.
