This is the second time doing business with Scott Rivera's team-17 years ago had a great team then and still upholds the same standards today with their team. Hat's off to Suzanne Munger and Teresa Taylor!!!!A great team-kept me updated with "all" the issues. They had to handle the "WORST" funder....the funder was NOT local and extremely hateful/rude to deal with - but they kept me in the loop every time-took much much longer to close with this funder even with the funders approval letter for the buyer.
