DO NOT trust this company. I completely regret hiring them. Staff lack of experience and Realtor was very unresponsive, she took too long to lease my home and now I have the worst tenants ever. Don’t waste your time and money with them.
My experience with Scott Realty Group was deeply disappointing. They took over three months to find a tenant, benefiting from me being out of town they didn’t prioritize my listing or follow through effectively. The realtor failed to follow up with interested families, consistently abandoned application processes, and was rarely reachable by phone, message, or email. She was always avoiding us.
