I’m not sure why the low ratings but thought I’d send a good one because I think this office is great. I’ve been going to this office of Dr. Rauvola’s for years now and the staff is always cordial and professional. They don’t have a high turnover of staff either which is a good sign of a good office. As a former dental assistant myself of 25 years, I know a good dental place.

My experience is with this dentist in my neighborhood… so when he’s not clocked in at work, he’s giving dirty looks and exasperated jesters to those who are innocently & quietly walking their pets in front of his home during the afternoon. According to public records, he’s been in the same home in Mission Hills for 23+ years. It’s a high density neighborhood so it shouldn’t be so disturbing for Scott Rauvola to see a pet on a leash near his home which sits on a public neighborhood street. I can't say enough about Dr Rauvola. When my wife and I came to him our teeth were in need of serious work. Through time and patience he got both of us back in really good shape. The workmanship and service were seriously outstanding
