Dr. H takes his time and explains everything to you. There are still doctors that know their patients beyond what the charts and records say!
Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism on this visit. The doctor was not in. I came for a test. The waiting room appeared to have been converted to a child care center, complete with cartoons on the TV screen for all of us to watch. After signing in, and waiting half an hour, I checked my phone (which was muted out of courtesy) to find I had a call from Dr. Hannum's office. I cannot say how wonderful this doctor is! Everyone that has been under his care love the treatment and the results of his care. When they change insurances and have to visit other doctors they come back saying there is no doctor like him and they want to come back. It fills me with pride to know him and to be a witness to this service!
